Yes, we ship to and accept credit cards from within the United Kingdom and internationally.
- Is Fear No Man Clothing Online a secure site?
Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us. Your credit card transactions are encrypted with SSL and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. We will never sell or provide your information to an outside party. - How long will it take me to get my order?
Estimated delivery dates are provided at check out and are not guaranteed. When available you will be provided tracking information.
- How can I check the status of my order?
An automatic email confirmation will be sent once order has been placed and once goods are delivered.
- How do I cancel my order?
If you haven't received the shipping notification, you can cancel this order by contacting our Customer Service at via the contact form for assistance.
- Can I amend my order after I’ve placed it?

We cannot always guarantee that your order will be changed in time.
- How do I return my order?
We regret to inform you that we do not provide refunds or credit on purchased items. Please see below for damaged items or shipping mishaps.
- I did not receive all the goods I ordered or received the wrong goods.
We are extremely sorry if there are any issues with your order. Please visit the contact page and submit a form so we can assist you with your order.
- How do I return defective goods?
You may return your order to Fear No Man Clothing within 72 hours of receiving the order if they are defective. You will receive replacement goods via shipping service within 3 to 5 business days. International orders may take longer. Please report claims using our contact form.
- What if I order something and it is out of stock?
We will remove the out of stock items from your order and ship the rest of your order. You will not be charged for the out of stock items.
- How Long will it take to receive my order once payment is done?
Orders are processed and shipped immediately after payment verification is completed. Deliveries within the United Kingdom take 3-10 days and are delivered between 8am -9pm. International orders may take longer.
- What happens if there’s been a delivery mishap to my order (Damaged or Lost Delivery?)
We take such matters seriously, therefore if there is a problem with your order we ask that you contact us within 48 hours via our contact page providing a detailed description of the issue. We regret to inform you that we do not issue refunds. In the event of a mishap we will review the information and evidence provided. A decision will be made at our discretion to re-send or exchange items.
1. In the event of damaged samples received, we will require photographic proof of the affected item and Delivery Order to enable us to investigate and review your complaint before a decision is made to resend the sample to you at no cost, subject to availability. In light of this, any item that falls into this category should not be thrown away.
2. In the event of lost mail, we will try to locate the delivery team in the respective delivery location and if there is a clear indication that your order is indeed lost, we will resend the order to you at no cost, subject to availability.
